How do Connection Cards work?
To connect with someone after the event, you MUST know their name. Once your Connection Cards are submitted, they cannot be changed or swapped.
Please note: If you email us requesting changes, we will not reply.
When will I find out if I had a connection?
After submitting your Connection Cards, you will receive an email within 5 days letting you know if you had a match. *If you don’t see an email after 5 days, please check your spam folder and then reach out to us for assistance.

When you purchase a ticket, you are committing to the event, and all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or allow ticket transfers if you’re unable to attend.
We use the number of tickets sold to plan the event size and allocate space, so your ticket directly impacts our preparation.
In the rare case that an event doesn’t fill up and we need to cancel, you’ll have the option to use your ticket for any of our future events.
